We are still in regular communication and recruit within every single one of these companies today. Although their recruitment strategies have changed considerably over the years we have been happy to adapt our recruitment methods accordingly.
We are happy to meet our clients before sourcing staff on their behalf, but are equally happy to discuss requirements in detail via telephone or video conferencing should this method be the preferred route. This hands-on approach allows us to understand a corporate culture quickly; ensuring that the candidates we recommend meet the job brief in terms of ability as well as professionalism and personality. It also provides the end employer with the peace of mind of a dedicated point of contact.
The same applies to our relationship with potential recruits. All references are checked and, unlike some agencies, where possible and viable we meet the people we put forward for positions, this ensures no nasty surprises at interview stage.
