1st/2nd line Support - 1st/2nd line Support - Our client is looking for candidates with 1st & 2nd line Support experience. They are looking for candidates to: Provide technical administration, management and support services for core information technology needs of the client, and effective day-to-day administration of the company’s network. Respond actively to help desk calls, within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs), respond and provide first time successful resolution to both software and hardware problems. Provide active and well-reasoned input to future changes to IT configuration. experience of the following is required: Changing and Improving, Making Effective Decisions, Collaborating and Partnering, Building Capability for All, Managing a Quality Service, Delivering at Pace.
